North Texas Family Health accepts the following insurances: Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Multiplan.
No insurance? Private pay and cash pay discounts are available.

*Additional fees are associated with procedures, treatments, evaluations, and referrals. These are discussed with patients prior to completion and will be billed to the patient following their visit.
