· Patients of North Texas Family Health are encouraged to utilize their “Patient Portal” for sensitive information and questions.
· North Texas Family Health will not answer or acknowledge any questions or comments associated with any Protected Health Information of the patient of another patient on our web page or any associated social media pages.
3. Posts will be viewed for content and security for our patients, visitors, and staff. Our editing team does have the duty to remove any offensive posts or information posted on our sites.
· Any misuse of the information presented on our sites or any information that may compromise the security of our patients, visitors, and staff. Violations will be removed from view and the author may be banned from further posting to the sites in question.
· All posts and information presented on our website and associated social media sites are subject to following HIPAA rules and regulations. North Texas Family Health will review all posts and edit them to remain compliant to HIPAA regulations.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing North Texas Family Health is the sole owner of the information collected on our website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via site posting, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
North Texas Family Health will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
