The only reason I didn’t give this office 5 stars is because of the front desk staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Rick for multiple years. Dr. Rick is a phenomenal doctor and is kind and compassionate for people from all walks of life. He has helped me in many ways to regain control of my life. I’m writing this because I want people to be prepared that you may not have a good experience with the women working the front desk but once you meet the doctor you will be grateful and it will be worth it. It’s been a sacrifice I am willing to make to receive the care I need from Dr. Rick.

Excellent experience, from the lady at the front desk to Rick the health care professional. I am used to doctors coming in to the room and spending 3 minutes and only taking care of one problem you have at a time. Rick takes his time to explain what’s going on in your body with the disease or sickness you are suffering from, you never feel rushed you get a chance to talk about all that’s going on health wise it’s a very nice and calm atmosphere, highly recommended.

We lost Dr Hernandez last year and were devastated. But we began seeing Richard and fit right in. He has taken exceptional care of Tim and me both. His office staff is wonderful and Rick's attention to detail and listening, always answering our question and addressing our needs is incredible. We feel very safe and confident in his hands.
